Michele Cueni is responsible for the Swiss market. She is a Leadership and Communication consultant and coach, and has over 25 years experience in various industries and leadership positions. She has experience in diagnosing, selling and implementing large scale business services to organisations and Governments in Europe and the Middle East. She has been a passionate believer of the principles of Stephen Covey since the 90’s and is dedicated to enabling organisations and individuals become more effective and reach their full potential. She enables them to gain new insights, and focus and implement their strategies through training and coaching. ‘These principles have profoundly changed the lives of so many individuals I know’.

Michele has had her own business since 1990 and has developed a global and multicultural network of business experts and developed alliances with major Swiss partners. She has trained global organisations, Governments and Military in communication and leadership and is also involved in the development and promotion of trade between Africa and Europe. She is a lecturer for multicultural MBA students and is a regular speaker at global conferences and events on leadership, communication and change management. Michele is actively involved in consulting and developing educational programmes for a number of professional institutions in both the UK and Switzerland, and has been the President of an International Business Forum in Switzerland since 10 years.

Michele studied Strategic Administrative Management and has completed various management training programmes in the UK, Switzerland and the US and firmly believes in life long learning. She also writes articles for trade magazines and moderates conferences on change management and leadership.
