Diese Art von F\u00fchrungskraft hat kein Problem damit, jedem zu sagen, was sie denkt. Sie gibt h\u00e4ufig zu viel, zu hart und zu oft Feedback.<\/li>\n<li>Zu viel R\u00fccksichtnahme. F\u00fcr diese andere Art von F\u00fchrungskraft ist der Gedanke, jemandem ein hartes Feedback zu geben, unertr\u00e4glich. Also vermeidet sie es komplett und die Probleme bleiben nicht nur bestehen, sondern wachsen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Beide Extreme des Spektrums erweisen ihren Teams einen schlechten Dienst. Mit zu viel Mut und zu wenig R\u00fccksichtnahme kann das Selbstwertgef\u00fchl oder Vertrauen zerst\u00f6rt werden. Aber genauso sch\u00e4dlich ist es, wenn die F\u00fchrungskraft zu viel R\u00fccksicht nimmt und zu wenig Mut hat, weil sie ihr Team dann ungewollt im Stich l\u00e4sst. Wenn sie \u00fcberhaupt kein Feedback gibt oder zu vage bleibt, verst\u00e4rkt sie die Schw\u00e4chen der Mitarbeitenden. Die Teammitglieder tappen immer wieder in die gleichen Fallen, die ihre Leistung und ihr Wachstum behindern.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn eine F\u00fchrungskraft kein Feedback gibt, leidet darunter auch ihre Wahrnehmung durch das Team. Im Gegensatz dazu geht es bei der effektiven Denkweise darum, das Potenzial anderer freizusetzen \u2013 einschlie\u00dflich der F\u00fchrungskraft selbst, wenn sie um Feedback bittet.<\/p>\n<p>Menschen betrachten Feedback aufgrund ihrer individuellen Erfahrungen unterschiedlich, aber einige universelle Grunds\u00e4tze gelten f\u00fcr fast alle. Feedback ist f\u00fcr eine junge Mitarbeiterin, die nach dem Studium ihre erste Stelle antritt, ebenso wichtig wie f\u00fcr einen Kollegen mit drei\u00dfig Jahren Erfahrung, der langsam an seinen Ruhestand denkt.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte das Geben und Empfangen von Feedback nach viel \u00dcbung beherrschen, k\u00f6nnen sie ihre nat\u00fcrlichen Instinkte nutzen, um eine Kultur zu entwickeln, in der konstruktive, gut gemeinte Gedanken in beide Richtungen frei flie\u00dfen.
