In the Executive Coaching program, we focus on your personal challenges and focus on your points of view. We support you with individually fitting instructions to look at challenges and goals from new perspectives and thereby expand your own perspectives. DIALOGUE PROCESS
The topics that move you and that are necessary for achieving your goals are discussed methodically.
RESULTS PROTECTION
Sustainable securing of results and your (new) success patterns.
TRANSFER CONTROL
After six months we evaluate together how stable the desired results and success patterns are.
