Client Partner in Germany, Switzerland and Austria

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit experienced consultative sales professionals to join our team. We are recruiting for various geographical territories across Germany, although ideal locations are Munich, Hamburg and Berlin.

If you are already a successful Business Development or Field Salesperson looking for a rewarding career move, that can offer exceptional earning potential, then we want to hear from you.

You will be working for a renowned global organisation specialising in performance improvement, leadership development and business consultancy.  Successful candidates will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing the end-to-end sales process.

This is a client centric role where you will use your communication skills to cultivate trusted advisor relationships with clients, from first contact until you close the deal and will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts. As such suitable candidate should have proven experience in field sales, business development, account management or territory management.

Internal Business Partner - Germany, Austria & Switzerland

We have an opportunity for a unique individual that can demonstrate a blend of marketing and sales skills to support our field-based Client Partners in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. The aim of this role is to identify potential new clients and support the business development activities of the Client Partners and ultimately provide a premium service both internally and externally.

On a day to day basis you will be tasked to use a combination of tools such as Google, Cognism, our CRM, social media, including LinkedIn, to research and source leads and prospects, to whom you will then approach through email marketing, cold calling and social media to drive attendance to our live webinars and live-in-person marketing events.

Each week you will be working towards booking a targeted number of new business meetings and provide administrative support to the Client Partners preparing for these meetings, in the form of creating proposals and presentations.

Previous experience working in a telesales or customer service position would be advantageous, as would being able to demonstrate email marketing experience, CRM and data management.

In this role you will also support our events, managing attendee communications and the event enrolment process.

We’re looking for dynamic individuals, who are persistent and proactive in their approach and who are seeking a long-term rewarding career in a ‘hybrid’ sales and marketing role.
